The Challenge

A precious area of Herts urgently needed saving, to protect globally rare chalk stream and severely threatened grassland, but the clock was ticking.

The target was huge for this kind of appeal, and the client needed us to help them fire on all cylinders, across all media offline, online and on-site.

They’d not worked with us before, but chose us to help them reach this big target in good time and to budget.

The Result

Donations swiftly came from all around the country, with messages reflecting the creative choices, such as habitat, species, and preserving it all for the next generation.

After the initial push from the DM appeal, our creative for social, emails, signage, posters, fliers and the quarterly magazine kept up the momentum. The target was reached and those important conservation messages spread far and wide.

What we’re most proud of

For the client, this was high-risk because they needed so much collateral from an agency which was new to them, and they had to stick to a restricted budget.

Right from our proposal, the team were confident in our transparency, and then discovered for themselves our agility, speed and professionalism. We all really enjoyed working together. They’re a fantastic team, and it’s been a joy to partner with them.
